How do I purchase the membership for this application?
To subscribe PROMPT, clients must register on the PROMPT Portal as a free user. Upon registration, clients have the access to PROMPT system by upgrading to PM Plan or Director Plan.
Is the application offers free trial?
Yes. To access the free trial or Free Plan, clients must register on the website first. However, the free plan is limited to only one project.
How do I upgrade my subscription from Free Plan to Director Plan?
The company's administrator can upgrade the plan through the PROMPT system dashboard.
How does the billing work?
The PROMPT system subscription will be invoiced on a monthly basis. Before the monthly subscription ends, the company's administrator will receive a bill notification and the payment can be done via PROMPT system.
How do I cancel my membership/subscription?
Client have to contact PROMPT Administrator to cancel the subscription.
Can we import data to place into PROMPT?
With PROMPT, clients are able to import task lists made in Microsoft Project, making it easier for clients to track the progress of their tasks in real time with our powerful task management features.
